Thank you for ordering from Christina Marie Fragrances! I’m thrilled to have you as a customer and want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find shipping details to help answer any questions you may have about delivery.
Processing Time
- Most orders will be processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to monitor its journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping Time: 2-5 business days.
- Standard Shipping Rates: This will depend on your order and location. You can see shipping costs on the order page once you input your details.
- Free Shipping: All orders of $75+ will receive free shipping!
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Locations
- I currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally at this time.
Packaging
- Your candles are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely to you, and always include protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Issues with shipping damages or the condition of a candle? Send over a photo and description within 30 days to hello@christinamariefragrances.com. I’ll work with you on a refund or exchange.
Shipping Delays
- Occasionally, carriers experience delays, especially during holidays or peak seasons. I will do my best to give notice of this when I can.
Returns & Exchanges
- I will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any candles in their original condition. To get the process started, please email me at hello@christinamariefragrances.com with your request, and I will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. I will also send you instructions for returning your candle. Simply send in your details within 30 days!
